Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs through various digital marketing channels to support expansion and growth of the company brand and solutions. This role will work closely with the US Director of Marketing and various marketing individuals based in PH. We are looking for a team player who is excited about creating digital content, optimizing established strategies, and is continuously seeking information on best practices and innovative marketing tactics.


Coordinate with Director of Marketing and internal teams to conceptualize and oversee the creation of digital strategies and assets.

Assist with the development and manage the implementation of PureB2B social media strategies including drafting content, working with design team to create visual assets, and support broader marketing efforts with social media platform advertising.

Assist with the development and launch of social media employee advocacy program.

Work with internal teams and vendors in the production of content including blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.

Work with internal team to monitor and optimize SEO strategies.

Work with internal team to monitor and optimize PPC and Display advertising.

Assist with creation of email nurture campaigns.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

Ability and desire to take on any challenge and work cross-functionally with a global team.

Ability to think creatively and has the initiative to present new ideas.

Familiarity with the Adobe suit of products

Experience working with social media management platforms such as Oktopost, Sprinklr, etc.

Required Experience:

1-2 years digital marketing experience in either an agency working with B2B clients or in a corporate B2B environment.

Including 1-2 years B2B social media management on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, SlideShare, YouTube

Including 1 year paid B2B campaign experience via search, display, social

Familiarity with implementation of on-page SEO strategies.

Familiarity with managing a WordPress website

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Console, Adwords, and Tag Manager platforms

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
