Contracts Administrator

Pure Incubation, LLC, headquarters based in Topsfield, MA is once again leading the charge in innovation and growth in the marketing technologies sector and one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Massachusetts.  Pure Incubation, LLC is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented full-time Contracts Administrator to report to the CEO. The Contracts Administrator will work directly with C-level executives, in addition to other key contributor’s and will handle any manner of agreements.  The ideal candidate will draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions, consult with internal teams for compliance, and represent the company when dealing with external business partners.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings
  • Ensure contracts are following legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations
  • Analyze and mitigate risk
  • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy
  • Create and manage a contracts strategy
  • Follow company rules and guidelines when reviewing contracts
  • Collaborate with executives and internal business partners on contract details
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and ensure execution according to the negotiated terms
  • Draft and revise contracts as updates become available
  • Work with relevant involved teams to ensure contracts are complying
  • Present and explain contract conditions and details to business partners, employees, and management
  • Confirm contract terms are understood by employees regarding company contracts
  • Update existing contracts when legal changes are made
  • Coordinate with hiring and legal teams when new policy changes are implemented
  • Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are kept and all relevant payments or information has been received
  • Compose and review language of contracts to meet company standards


  • The ability to read and interpret contract documents (special conditions and/or general requirements) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business administration, business law, or related field required
  • Three years previous experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, or related field
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Strict adherence to company guidelines, compliance laws, and legal requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
